I just want to say that I am surprised as well as ecstatic that no one else succeeded at making a filter like this one.

Change the blur hubs for smaller/larger images, and adjust the angel in the angel map to change the lighting. For different colors for the highlights and the shadows, apply a gradient map between the blur and blender hubs.

This filter only works on objects with a black/white/clear background, and it has other limitations, so don't get to excited.
