firstly try reading through the tutorials on layering cause that's how i lernt how to do it. If that doesn't help I'll try and explain it simply:

1. add a new layer (this option will be on the right hand side of the screen)
2. paste your new image into that layer
3. re-size it etc, then if you want to create an effect like this you just have to edit the transparency of the layer ( this is also on the right) or just set it to overlay (that's pretty much what i always do)

Just repeat these steps for each image you want to add and voila: cool image

Hope this helps everyone who's asked how to do this xx
