I am so confused. Something incredibly geeky is happening in that file - can you explain how you figured out how to decode it?

Basically it is a reversible distortion, kind of like what the cable company does to the adult channels, if you have the right code you can decode the image.The combination for Mario's image is in the title. Each group of numbers corresponds with the random number seed setting of each of the noise hubs. Now I went about finding it the long way. I opened the file that encoded the image and found the combo that way, and later realized it was right in the title.
