I have to rub my eye every time, just to make sure I'm seeing the awesomeness correctly. I would love to know your technique. Is there a specific tutorial that helped you wit this work? I would love to dive into the flickr commons and try it on an old image.

OzzyBear mentioned to me that the white marks on the front of the tank that I initially removed were actually painted teeth that the soldiers painted to make the tanks look more fierce, so I have restored them.

Thanx Michael...it's a result of careful cloning at varying sizes and opacites and then very careful smudging to get rid of any obvious cloning. No particular tutorial...I've been doing restorations for many years now. :o) I would just go for it and try.

That is fierce! You can see the eyes too!

Do you have time to share your secrets in a tutorial - personally, I would love to know how to retouch photos in Aviary and I'm sure others would too. We would definitely showcase it on the site as well.

Beautiful work, Z!
I remember you telling me you do a lot of this sort of thing. You seem to have quite a knack for it.
Not a bad knack to have!
Keep knacking away at it!
