hey everyone I am disappearing for most of the summer so I will not to continue this so if some one else would like to pic this up that would be awesome I have already asked michael so if anyone else wants to help him or take on the whole project(if michael doesn't want to) that would be awesome

Damn, I see where you're going with this.
If you notice too many layers are slowing you down, you might wanna start merging some together. (Ctrl + click layers int he layers menu, then "Merge Layers" in the options on the menu)
Because I really wanna see you finish this!
